Answer: Some dust is inevitable when cutting natural cotton fibers, but excessive dust indicates a problem.
Check the Cutter Sharpness: A dull log saw blade “tears” the fiber instead of slicing it, creating excessive lint. Check your automatic sharpening stone settings.
