The ZBMN-SGW liquid filling machine handles the complete fill-and-seal cycle for liquid cosmetic and personal care products — bag picking, bag opening, precision filling, air exhausting, sealing, coding and output — across four integrated working stations. It is purpose-built for irregularly shaped bags, including dual-chamber pouches, triple-chamber bags, stand-up pouches and zipper-seal bags that are common in skincare, beauty and health product packaging.
The filling system uses a high-precision combination of pumps to achieve accurate dosing across different liquid viscosities. After filling, a suction-retraction mechanism in the filling head prevents dripping, keeping the bag seal zone and equipment clean. Special sealing molds are designed per bag type and coated with Teflon to minimize bag sticking and blade adhesion — extending consumable life and reducing downtime between runs.
A combination filling system achieves accurate liquid dosing at different volumes, maintaining high filling precision across varying product viscosities — from thin toners to thicker serums.
The filling head adopts a suction-retraction structure that prevents material from dripping after each fill cycle, avoiding contamination of the bag body or equipment surfaces.
Sealing molds are purpose-designed for each bag type and coated with PTFE (Teflon), reducing bag sticking and cutting blade adhesion for longer maintenance intervals.
A PLC control system integrated with a touch-screen human-machine interface makes day-to-day operation and parameter adjustment straightforward for line operators.
