The Horizontal Bag Feeder is a premade-pouch (给袋式) packaging machine that automates the entire bag-fill-seal workflow. Unlike form-fill-seal machines that start from roll film, this system works with pre-formed bags — picking them from a magazine, opening them, filling product, and heat-sealing in a continuous rotary cycle.
Available in two frame sizes, the ZB-OC-160 for small-to-medium pouches (10g–500g) and the ZB-OC-260 for larger volumes (over 2000ml), this machine adapts to a wide range of products. The number of filling and sealing stations (cylinder positions) can be increased or decreased based on your specific product and throughput requirements.
Each cycle runs automatically from bag pick-up to finished product discharge. Station count is adjustable based on product requirements.
