Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? A: Unlike big factories that demand full container loads, we are flexible. For most industrial equipment, we can accept an MOQ of 1 unit (sample order) so you can test the quality. For smaller components, we negotiate the lowest possible batch size.
Q: How do I pay? Is my money safe? A: We accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) to our corporate bank account. For new clients, we typically require a 30% deposit to start production, and the 70% balance after the Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is passed, but before shipment. This ensures you only pay the full amount when you know the goods are ready and perfect.
Q: How long does shipping take? A: It depends on your location and method:
Sea Freight to US West Coast: ~25-30 days.
Sea Freight to Europe: ~35-45 days.
Air Freight (Urgent Parts): ~5-7 days.
Note: Production time is usually 20-30 days depending on complexity.
Q: What if the goods arrive damaged? A: If the damage is due to shipping, we help you file the insurance claim (we always recommend insuring your cargo!). If it is a manufacturing defect we missed (rare!), we will work with the factory to send replacement parts or compensation. We stand by our service.
Q: Can you help me find a product not listed on your website? A: Absolutely. Product Sourcing is our core strength. Send us a photo, a spec sheet, or a link, and we will find the best manufacturer for it within 48 hours.
