The CDH-90-2 Automatic Toilet Paper Bundle Packing Machine is flexible and meets the requirements of automatic paper bags with core paper, coreless paper, individually packaged, independently packaged, and single toilet roll paper with a height range of 90–160mm.
Feeding, suction bag, pull bag, send bag, and into bag are all controlled by servo drive, which has high running accuracy, simple operation, and convenient maintenance. If there is a problem in the packaging bag, it uses an automatic exclusion function from falling when it fails to open the bag, ensuring zero loss of the bag, completely protecting parts and the product, and reducing user cost.
Feeding, suction, bag pulling, bag sending, and insertion operations are fully coordinated via high-accuracy servo drives.
