The CDH-1575-YE Full Automatic Trimming, Sealing, Embossing and Perforating Rewinder incorporates advanced PLC technology, variable speed adjustment, electronic braking, and a touch button multi-menu type LCD screen operation control panel. It also features a newly added coreless roller-shaped rewinding system that requires no core or stainless steel pipe, upgrading the whole machine.
The automatic paper tube replacement device eliminates the need for artificial core wearing, finishes with a 50–160mm paper tail, and adjusts within 1 minute for any paper tube specifications. Trimming, spray adhesive, and sealing are performed in a single operation, finishing with a 10–18mm paper tail for convenient opening and reduced waste.
